What we collect

When you request a report, book a call, or contact us, we collect what you give us: your name, business name, email, phone number, and website. Our site also uses privacy-respecting analytics (page views and anonymous usage events) to understand what's useful — no cross-site tracking cookies, no ad pixels on this site.

How we use it

To build the report you asked for, respond to your enquiry, and follow up about it. If you become a client, we use your information to deliver the services you hire us for. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information with anyone, ever.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about your report, your enquiry, or the services you've asked about. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of buying anything from us.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding the vendors and platform providers that help us send the messages you asked for.

Opting out is one word: reply STOP to any message and texts end immediately. Reply HELP for help, or email us at the address below. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.

Where it lives

Your information is stored with reputable service providers we use to run our business (email, CRM, and hosting). We keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as Canadian law requires.

Your choices

Ask us any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email marketingservices@bullseyedigital.agency and we'll take care of it promptly. Marketing emails always include an unsubscribe link that actually works.
